Description
Joseph R. Kapps (1917-1994) was a friend of Clarkson Crane and Clyde Evans. There are two major components to the collection:
a large scrapbook-type photo album (actually a wallpaper sample book that documents many aspects of Kapps' life), and a complete
drag outfit featuring a beaded 'flapper' dress and accessories.
