    Scope and Contents

    The collection includes 139 color 35mm slides. The slides depict murals and architecture, with the majority of photographs taken in Los Angeles County. Slides were compiled by the LACMA Slide Library. Photographers are generally unknown.
    The collection includes street art by the following artists: Johnny Alvarez, Alza, Robert Arenivar, Raul Baltazar, John Bene, Sandy Bleifer, Scott Bloomfield, Noa Bornstein, Paul Botello, David Botello, Jane Boyd, Neal Boyle, carlos Callego, Alson Skinner Chase, Commonarts, El Congresso de Artstas Cosmicos de las Americas de San Diego, Cordova, Rip Cronk, Jose Cruz, Manuel Cruz, Sandra Drinning, Streetscapers, Antonia Esparza, John Estraded, Charles W. Feliz, L.A. Fine Arts Squad, Alfredo Diaz Flores, The Fool, Jane Golden, Jose-Luis Gonzalez, David S.     Seven of the sixteen sheets are the slides themselves, while the remaining nine sheets include the detailed artwork and artist information cards. There are more information cards than slides, as slides were checked out by library patrons and not returned.
