    Abstract: The E.K. Wood family business logs (SAFR 21914, HDC 1469) describe the daily activities of this warehouse or brokerage establishment possibly in Port Costa, California, spanning 1907 to 1923. There are 11 of these business logs including: 1907, 1908, 1909, 1911, 1914, 1915, 1916, 1917, 1920, 1921,and 1923. Each is a Standard Diary published by the Standard Diary Company with the year printed on the cover. These diaries were published by year in a week-at-a-glance format. Each measures 8.5X14" and is approximately 106 pages. Typical entries include grading barley, receiving cars, loaded cars. Some entries mention specific vessels, e.g. loaded schooner SAN RAFAEL. Some have pages missing. The collection is open and ready for use.
