This collection consists of the papers of American radio broadcaster Joseph M. Barnett (1900-1978). These papers include radio
scripts, correspondences, and clippings.
Biographical / Historical
Joseph M. Barnett (1900-1978) was an American radio broadcaster. He started by singing at the WOR station before he became
the manager. He spent nearly two decades in broadcasting and advertisement. In the 1940s he became the talent manager for
Sol Hurok.
