regarding promotion and tenure, personnel action, student/faculty disputes; faculty workload; support of faculty; ROTC on
the UCLA campus; affirmative action; grants and other sources of funding; student and faculty exchange programs; and documentation
of committees including Advisory, Executive, and Search Committees. Materials include memos; correspondence; evaluative, annual,
and other reports; report review comments; proposals; meeting agendas, notes, and minutes; budget requests; and statistics.
