This collection contains photographs taken by Robert Bingham. It includes negatives, a few loose photographs, and photographs
encased in four different albums. There is also a book titled, The Effects of Atomic Bombs on Health and Medical Services
in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Background
Riverside physician Dr. Robert Bingham was a nationally known camera collector and founder of the Western Photographic Collectors
Association, whose donation began the formation and founding of the California Museum of Photography.

One box containing 882 negatives, and 10 photographs: 2 Polaroid, 7 smaller photographs, two 9.5 x 8 photographs. The second
box contains 4 albums, and one book, The Effects of Atomic Bomb on Health and Medical Services in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
