Abstract: Ernest F. Gallo (1916-2010) was a California dairyman and industry consultant from the mid-1930s to the late 1970s. The collection
includes papers, photographs and architectural drawings related to dairy processing in California. Also included are ice
cream and candy formulas, photographs, and memorabilia.
