Series 6, 8, 9 (microfilm), 10, 12 and Addenda, 1987-026 are restricted for 75 years from
date of creation. Otherwise, the materials are open for research use. Audio-visual materials
are not available in original format, and must be reformatted to a digital use copy.

(Series 10); Early correspondence (Series 11); and 1997-180 (Series 12).
Scope and Contents
Collection consists of letters to the Office of the Registrar, David Starr Jordan, and
Orrin Leslie Elliott; minutes of the Committee on Admissions and Advanced Standing; freshman
admission ledgers; grade reports & transcripts on microfilm; and annotated publications
produced by the Office of the Registrar.
