    The Culinary Pamphlet Collection includes product advertising literature, government and non-profit organization pamphlets, brochures on food preparation and cooking equipment, and independently written recipe booklets. Most were published in the United States. The collection has been divided into nine major series: Charitable and Volunteer Organizations (1894, 1927, 1964), Culinary Arts Institute Cookbooks (1936-1957), Equipment Manufacturers (1922-1953), Food Preservation, Food Product Literature (1900-1965), Government and Industry (1907-1910, 1924-1938, 1954-1961), Health and Hygiene (1918. 1925-1926, 1948, 1957), Restaurants (circa 1871-circa 1884, 1925-1938) and Retailers and Grocers 1918-1926). Each series is arranged alphabetically by title of the publication.
