Full title:Ray Komai (seated), layout artist for a leading New York advertising agency, is shown with two of his fellow workers,
Rosalie Kloss (left) and Dorothy Smith (right). Following evacuation to Manzanar, the Komais resettled in Washington, D.C.,
and then came on to New York, where Ray is employed as a layout artist with a leading advertising agency. Ray received his
commercial art training in Los Angeles and New York and while in Manzanar worked as a designer in the industrial division.
Mrs. Komai works in a cosmetic shop.<lb/> New York, New York.
