In the commission itself became a subagency of the newly established agency Russkii zagotovitel'nyi komitet, which was supposed to centralize the activities of all Russian supply agencies in the United States. Nekrasov affair, In 1917, V.A. Nekrasov was accused of high treason. He was called to Petrograd by the Provisional Government and imprisoned by the Soviet Government in December 1917. He was released in January 1918 and left Russia for Canada the same year 1917-1918.
