Biography/History
According to the Haynes Foundation Board Genealogy, Anne M. Mumford was an Original Trustee. Mumford was John Randolph Haynes'
personal secretary and close advisor. Mumford served as a board member at Occidental College and the Women's University Club
of Los Angeles. She died in 1964.

Physical Description: According to UCLA Conservator, Chela Metzger, the mask is 28 cm high, 19 cm wide and 18 cm deep, composed of plaster (a mixture
of lime or gypsum, sand, and water). It is in good condition overall, but cracks and brown adhesive on both ears suggest previous
repairs.
