Abstract:
Carol Boyd Hallett, a Republican, was first elected to the 77th Assembly District in 1976. She authored bills concerning agriculture, education, and flood control in Monterey. Hallett also introduced legislation to reform the State Teachers' Retirement System (AB1002, 1977-1978) and the Public Employees' Retirement System.
