Scope and Contents

This subseries documents the fund development activities of the STOP AIDS Project, including event planning and promotion (such as the HIV Prevention Awards, SF Garden Tour, Puckett Awards and Dining Out for Life), mail appeals, donor development materials, meeting minutes and other fund development activities.
The materials are arranged chronologically. Undated materials follow in alphabetical order.
To protect the privacy of participants and volunteers, records containing personally identifiable information of volunteers or participants were removed and are restricted to researchers for 80 years from the date of creation (see Series 11. Restricted Material, Subseries 3. Fund Development).
