No captions, Europeans in a few images, dress suggests ca. 1900 (related to compiler?), very sharp images, b/w snapshots all
same size, one of series of cannons, military officers on horseback, soldiers marching (1905 Russo-Japanese War period?),
street scenes, local population, parades, shops - some with signs in English (more likely to Yokohama or place with more Europeans?);
one image with sign saying 'Honmura Road' which google search reveals was part of the unruly Foreign Settlement of Yokohama;
photo postcards of shipwreck, one with 'Karl Lewis, Photographer, Yokohama";
