Abstract:

Correspondence of G.W. Vincent and A.P. Dennison concerning their life and activity at sea (Vincent) or on the Pacific West coast (Dennison). Included in the Dennison papers is a photograph of an unidentified girl taken by Morse's Palace of Art (417 Montgomery Street, San Francisco). Dennison was related to political figures on the East coast and held government posts in both Oregon and California.
