Abstract:

Research materials collected in 1945 for his study regarding the Nisei attitude toward internment. Includes originals of personal correspondences between evacuees, 1942-1945, typescript extract of a 1940 diary of a young Nisei woman, and 1942 abstracts of (the same?) diary, along with Professor Eliot's research correspondence, notes, and miscellaneous related material.
Also includes microfilm (negative and positive) of Togo Tanaka correspondence with Sam Hohri and others, 1939-1945 with call number FILM 76/38 c Pt. II.
