One holograph petition to Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States, for Mr. Moses F. Webb of the City of New Brunswick
to be considered as a candidate for the United States Marshalship for the State of New Jersey. Mr. Webb was a member of the
State Executive Committee and a Delegate to the Chicago Convention for the Republican Party.The undersigned are Republicans
of New Jersey who have long known Mr. Webb personally and who claim that he has their confidence and respect.
