Oscar Hecht was an interior decorator, designer and crafstman working in Germany, Israel, and the United States (Berkeley,
CA). He designed interiors and furnishings for the US embassy in Tel Aviv, the KLM Tourish Office building in Tel Aviv, and
Assutah Hospital in Tel Aviv, as well as for many private homes, shops and restaurants.
