artists' contracts, and box office statements. The publicity files contain audience surveys, public relations ephemera, news
releases, fliers, clippings, and performers' photos. Also includes publicity ephemera from the Bay Area Youth Theatre and
the Julia Morgan Theatre.

Kidshows was created by Amy Gorman as a performing arts series for children. Founded as Kidstuff in 1982 as a project of the
Bay Area Youth Theatre at the Julia Morgan Theatre in Berkeley, Calif., it was renamed Kidshows in 1986. Over the years, Kidshows
has brought local, national and international performers to Berkeley and other Bay Area venues and has increased in size and
popularity while maintaining its original focus on introducing children in the community to the performing arts.
