Donna Claire Davies (born October 13, 1917, Portland, Oregon; died July 29, 2000, San Francisco, California) was of Welsh-Canadian
ancestry and served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy during World War II. She is buried in San Francisco
National Cemetery. Her father, Frederick Davies (born 1871? in Wales) emigrated to the United States in 1885 and became a
naturalized citizen in 1890. Her mother, Clara B. Davies (née McGregor, born 1886? in Canada) emigrated to the United States
in 1900 and became a naturalized citizen in 1915.
