Abstract:

Records from the municipal archive covering the entire scope of local affairs, together with reports on the entry of foreign vessels and their seizure, colonists from the United States, reports of the American consul, files of local newspapers, government decrees (local and national), passports, naturalization of foreigners, appointments to office.
For the first twelve volumes there is a list of the documents, by volume, giving date, author, and subject. In addition, there is available a chronological list of all the documents, by date, subject, and volume.
