Abstract:

Views of Dutch Flat, Calif. show the train depot, the Placer Hotel, Main Street (during a parade), businesses, etc. Photographs not identified as being from Dutch Flat show Fred Hudson's freight team (a team of horses in Nevada City), the Towle Planer Mill and Box Factory, Hamlin's Band (with band members identified), Shasta Springs resort, Gardener House, and a view of Gold Hill (Nev.).
