Three printed broadsides, authorized by David Perkins, from New-England Union Volunteer Company in Concord, Lebanon and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The first broadside, printed on official stationery of the company and dated December 26, 1864, is about paying $775 for substitutes with the prospect of the price advancing, $500 cash (besides Government Bounty) to the current class of recruits at the Concord office, and $700 to the substitutes at the West Lebanon office. At the top left is the seal of Sigilium Reipublicae Neo Hantoniensis 1784.
