Abstract:
Album from the library of the French minister for the colonies. Marius Moutet 1876 - 1968 presented to him by the governor
(Ferdinad Jacques Louis Rougier) in April 1937 when he visited Koulouba (the administrative seat in the capital, Bamako).
Contains handwritten dedication: "A monsieur le minister des colonies Marius Moutet en souvenir de son voyage au Soudan Le
Gouverner Koulouba le 15 Avril 1937." 20 black and white photographs from colonial French Sudan with typescript index including
