Abstract:

Discharge certificate for Private H. V. Latham signed by Charles A. McCall on official stationery of Mount Pleasant, U. S. Army General Hospital from Washington, D. C. and signed by C. A. McCall (Charles A. McCall), Assistant Surgeon U. S. A.. The certificate states that H. V. Latham of Company G, 1st Regiment New York Artillery, was discharged at the General Hospital from the U. S. Service on this day, March 13th, 1863.
