Manuscript and typed letters written from June 28, 1930 to July 15, 1931 by Clarence V. Carruth, Jr. of Scarsdale, NY and New York City, while traveling as a young American utilities executive with portfolio to purchase existing utilities in Yugoslavia, and organize a Yugoslav-American holding company under the International Business Service Corporation (New York, NY) for which he worked.
