Abstract:
Album consists of 44 photos mounted 1-3 to a page on one side of leaves. Size of photos varies but most range from 8 x 6cm.
up to 11 x 8cm. one is much larger than the rest at 18 x 13cm. No captions. Tied oblong album with brightly patterned cloth
covers. 28 x 19cm. The largest photo is of a group of 26 men and women and one girl standing in front of a round Yurt-like
structure. Almost all members of the group are non-Asian. Another photo shows a blond man with a large camera on a tripod
who appears to be filming or photographing a local ceremony. The other photos are of local people, a village with small wooden
buildings, a temple, local ceremonies, horses and camels, relatively flat terrain, horse-drawn vehicles crossing a fairly
wide, but apparently shallow, body of water.
