Holograph letter written and signed by Horace Greeley from New York to W. W. Corbett, Esq. in Chicago, Illinois on official
stationey of the New York Tribune. The letter states that he waited to answer Corbett's letter until he could determine whether
he could make time to write for him, but day by day, he finds himself more absorbed in [work] and [cares] that he cannot possibly
do himself justice in writing for Corbett. He is, therefore, compelled to decline Corbett's offer.
