Holograph letter written on behalf of and signed by Hamilton Fish on official stationery of Department of State, Washington, [D. C.] to the Honorable Robert J. Walker about receiving Walker's note of the 20th and in compliance with his request, Fish has enclosed letters introducing Walker and his son to Messrs. Motley and Ewing.
