a boyhood portrait of Theodore de Niedman. Laid in photographs removed from album and foldered separately.

Theodore de Niedman was the son of Dr. W.F. de Niedman, an Army doctor stationed at the Benicia Barracks during the time of
the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and fire. Theodore contracted typhoid fever by drinking infected water in the days after
the disaster and died on May 5, 1906. (Per vendor's background research.)
