Strawberry Creek Lodge is a senior housing complex located in West Berkeley, California. The 150-apartment facility opened
in October, 1963, after a serveral year planning, designing, and building process. The architect was Norris M. Gaddis. The
1.3 million dollar loan from the Federal Housing and Home Financing Agency was one of the first in the country granted for
an apartment project for seniors.
