by the form of the jewelry. Entries information includes date acquired, description of the basic stock, making, box, selling
price (in code), purchaser name, date purchased, and selling price (in dollars). A table of contents page with page numbers
is glued on the front of the first leave. Also includes monthly and yearly total sales. Many entries are accompanied by small
detailed drawings of the jewelry sold. Some entries include notable figures in San Francisco Bay Area history such as Levi
Strauss, Baron Von Schroeder, Mrs. Claus Spreckels, Mrs. George Hearst, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Stanford, and Mrs. Peder Sather.
