Abstract:

Photos of Mr. and Mrs. Chambers in various settings in and around Santa Monica, Calif. Includes views of the couple at Minerva Treadwell's studio (artist?). Santa Monica scenes show the beach, parks, many homes (most identified), trolley car, gardens, nature scenes, swimming pool, churches, hotelS, restaurant, etc. A number of views focus on businesses in Santa Monica: store fronts of sporting goods stores (some owned by Chambers) are shown, as well as the interior of a candy store and a grocery store; exteriors of livery stables, an ice cream store; and other businesses. Some photos show bicycle races or people with bicycles.
