Consists of materials collected by Shirley Tanzer documenting Oregon Jewish history, including: (Oversize folder) a poster
for a presentation of Memory is Survival, a multi-media presentation about the history of the Jewish community, in May 1976,
and a copy of The Scribe: A Record of Jewish Life from May 1976; (folder) includes copies of The Historical Scribe, published
by the Jewish Historical Society of Oregon (May 1976; Summer 1977; Summer/Fall 1978; Spring 1980; Fall 1980) which also document
and provide information about the Jewish community in Portland, as well as flyers for Memory is Survival.
