"In late 2014, Abby Van Muijen started RogueMark out of her childhood bedroom. Drawing from her prior experience as the lead artist and animator in the UC-Berkeley Global Poverty video series, Abby brought together a small creative team to create multimedia videos for clients like the MIT Community Innovators Lab, the Walmart Foundation, and local documentary filmmakers. Eventually, she moved the company into a studio space in Berkeley, CA. Today, RogueMark is a full-blown creative studio with a professional, all-female team of writers, animators, visual notetakers, and illustrators (plus a silly dog). We love making complex narratives more accessible -- it's our bread and butter. From social media campaigns to explainer videos to stop-motion advertising, we bring a distinctly human touch to all of our creations.
