Title:
Robert Frost's homes and countryside
Creator/Contributor:
Mertins, Louis, 1885-, creator
Abstract:
Most photographs show Robert Frost's homes in England; Derry, New Hampshire; and in Ripton, Vermont. The Vermont photographs
focus on the countryside in the surrounding area. Three photographs show scenes at a San Francisco event in honor of the 90th
anniversary of the late poet's birth. One shows Wm. Prescott Frost and Francis M. Sedquick[?] looking at a plaque honoring
Frost. Slides show views of Amherst, Mass. including Frost's home there, the Jones Library Frost Memorial Room, and general
town and campus views. Some slides show Little Iddens, Frost's home in England. Some show Robert Frost with Louis Mertins
at Mertins' California home.
