Abstract:
Photograph album of views of Colorado and the Grand Canyon. Approximately one third of the views document activities on a
cattle ranch, perhaps in Royal Gorge, Colo., especially roping, branding, and herding by cowboys. Another large portion of
images depict the Grand Canyon, including views from the rim, an excursion on horseback, and scenes around the nearby Hotel
El Tovar. Album also includes several views taken in Denver. Other identified locations depicted include Estes Park, Big Thomson
Canyon, Garden of the Gods, Ogden Canyon Lake, Crystal Springs Park and Pike's Peak. Also includes a few views taken in India.
