Views of the homesteaders, buildings, investors and guests, grounds and surrounding region of the Pajarito Club. Many Native
Americans of the region are depicted, as are their cliff dwellings, kivas, adobe buildings and other structures. Depicted
in many images is Ashley Pond, Jr., his daughter Peggy Pond Church, and other Pond family members. A few photographs depict
petroglyphs of the region, and Fort Logan H. Roots near Little Rock, Arkansas.

The Pajarito Club was established in 1914 on the Pajarito Plateau of northern central New Mexico as a private outdoor resort
for wealthy investors of the Detroit Area after their purchase of the Ramón Vigil Grant. Ashley Pond, Jr. was a part-owner
and early manager of the Club. His daughter was the poet Peggy Pond Church. The Club failed in 1916.
