with linguistics of the original peoples of Mexico and Central America. There is a copy of Fray Pedro de Llisa's Confesionario
en Idioma del Choconate, Paya, Tapaliza, etc.," and bibliographic and linguistic information. A bound volume contains notes,
word lists, and clippings (perhaps collected by Gatschet), 1878-1893, relating largely to North American Indian dialects,
customs and legends
