Abstract:

Contains 25 certified deeds recording the sale of land in Tuolumne County, Calif., in Townships 4, 5 and 6, to P.A. Ducey and Peter McArthur, from landowners who mostly resided in the San Francisco Bay Area. Also includes two ms. maps (pen-and-ink and watercolor on linen) of Township 6 North Range 16 East and 17 East M.D.M., with landowners properties highlighted, including the Tuolumne Land and Water Co.
