NIAD was founded in 1982 by Elias Katz and Florence Ludins-Katz. It is a visual arts studio and gallery which assists adults
with developmental and other physical disabilities. NIAD is located in Richmond, California, and served clients from Alameda
and Contra Costa Counties.
