Abstract:

The archbishop-viceroy requests that Cochrane transport certain funds from Veracruz to Cádiz, and also that he take two French prisoners, General Octaviano de Alvimar, and a Mr. Champantier, still awaiting passage due to refusal of Spanish captains to take them on board.
