Amateur photographs by San Francisco resident Lewis Hoffman, including self-portraits, portraits of his wife Shula, their friends, and others; views of Chinatown and other San Francisco locations; views of the Hoffman's Studebaker in various locations; views of Yosemite Valley and other outdoor locations; many scenes taken in an unidentified area of rural Washington, perhaps at the location of Hoffman family or friends; a few photographs of boxers, including one of Max Baer, Jack Dempsey and Baer's manager and trainer Ancil Hoffman on the Atlantic City boardwalk; and other subjects.
