Lillian Glaser Hopper was born Lillian Faulker in Oakland, Caifornia. Her first husband, a Dr. Glaser, died during the 1918
influenza epidemic. She was later married to actor and singer DeWolf Hopper. She performed light opera and other musical
theater in San Francisco, Chicago and elsewhere. After DeWolf's death in 1935 Lillian returned to Oakalnd. She became an
ordained minister in 1954 and served at the First Church of Religious Science, in Oakland, until her death in 1969.
