From cover letter: This documentation was completed as mitigation for adverse effects to historic properties caused by the reconstruction of the Cypress Freeway (I-880). The documentation includes written descriptive and historical data and 8" x 10" black and white photographs of the following properties: Southern Pacific Railroad 16th Street Station, Wempe Brothers Paper Box Company Building, Southern Pacific Railroad West Oakland Shops, Southern Pacific Railroad 16th Street Tower, Standard Oil Warehouse, Interurban Electric Railway 26th Street Junction Bridge.
