Originals and certified contemporary copies of documents tracing the history from 1675 to 1815 of a house and lot variously
described as situated in the "Hornillo" or "Santa Cruz" ward of Mexico City or "by the Manzanares Bridge," and eventually
bequeathed by María Teresa Gómez Calván for charitable purposes under the administration of the Congregacíon del Santísimo
Cristo de Burgos. Includes records of transfer through direct sale, auction, and inheritance, as well as evaluations, petitions,
judicial decisions, certifications, and a floor plan of the house, and background material dating from as early as 1612.
