Center) and, according to donor description, an unspecified outdoor area within what would become Tilden Regional Park, Contra
Costa County, taken at night. Both photographs depict organized KKK activity, with many participants wearing hooded costumes,
some on horseback, some carrying burning torches, etc. The foregrounds of both images reportedly include Winfield Mills of
San Pablo and Walt Gladal from El Cerrito.
