Collection of typewritten, mimeographed newsletters produced by campers. Also includes a few programs for camp performances,
a color copy of a brochure for the Camp (circa 1954), and a letterhead for the camp listing its Executive Board. Denise Sherer
Jacobson, a former camp attendee and co-producer of some of the newsletters provides an introduction and brief history of
the camp (7 leaves, April 9, 2012).

Camp Jened, at the foot of Hunter Mountain in the Catskills of New York, was a camp started in 1952 for children and adults
with disabilities. The camp eventually relocated to Rock Hill, New York and closed in 2006.
