Abstract:

Volumes II and III of a five volume abstract of title prepared by A.G. Lawrie on behalf of Peter Thomson for property that was orginally part of the Rancho San Antonio owned by the Peralta family. The two volumes trace ownership and related transactions from 1852 (Vicente Peralta) to 1894. At the end of volume III there is a typescript mimeograph of a continuation of the abstract subsequent to March 6, 1890, prepared by Leckie and Hawkett,
